How do I look up my stay?
Enter the confirmation code you saved when you booked and the last name on the reservation. You don't need a password for this.
Can I use a guest account?
Yes. We'll send you a welcome email with a link to set one up. After that, sign in from Your stay, and future stays booked with the same email show up there too.
What if I forgot my password?
Choose Sign in, then Forgot your password. If there's a guest account for your email, we'll send you a reset link. You can always open your stay with your confirmation code and last name instead.
What will I see?
Your dates, the home, check-in and checkout times, your group, any requests, and your total. You can also message your host from there.
